You will need:
  • 4 cups homemade chicken stock
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ginger (ground)
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onion

Preparation

  1. Combine homemade chicken stock, salt and ginger in a medium size saucepan. Bring to rolling boil.

  2. While broth mixture is coming to boil, place eggs in bowl and whisk with fork.

  3. Once broth mixture is at full boil, add eggs, stirring in one direction, and remove from heat.

  4. Garnish with green onions and serve.
