Beef Stir Fry with Green Beans

Beef Stir Fry with Green Beans is a simple meal with lots of flavor.


You will need:
  • 1 lb boneless sirloin, cut in strips
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 lb green beans, cut into 2 inch pieces
  • 1 Tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tsp chili garlic sauce
  • 2 cups chicken stock
  • 2 tsp ground ginger
  • 3 tsp minced garlic
  • 3 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cups white rice, cooked and warm


  1. In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, hoisin sauce, chili garlic sauce, and chicken stock.

  2. Mix well and set aside.

  4. Heat one tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet, add ginger, garlic, and beef, let sauté for 4-5 minutes or until beef is browned and remove from pan.

  5. Wipe pan out and add another tablespoon of oil, add beans and bell pepper, cooking for 4-6 minutes.

  6. Place beef mixture back in pan, and add stock mixture, bring to a boil and let boil for one minutes, stirring constantly.

  7. Remove from heat and serve over rice.
