Pork Tenderloin Stir-Fry

Pork Tenderloin Stir-Fry is a quick and easy meal that is flavorful and filling! This recipe serves 4.


You will need:
  • 1 pound boneless pork tenderloin, 1/4 inch slices
  • 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium green pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 3 carrots, thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil


  1. In large skillet, heat vegetable oil and place sliced pork in. Cook until golden brown.

  2. Add onion, garlic, soy sauce, salt, and green pepper and red bell pepper. Sauté for 3 to 5 minutes.

  3. Add sliced carrots and broccoli florets. Sauté another 3 minutes.

  4. When vegetable are tender, remove from heat.

  5. Serve.


  • Substitute 1 pound uncooked, cleaned and peeled shrimp for pork during Step 1.
  • Substitute 1 pound uncooked chicken or beef for pork during Step 1.
  • For spice, add crushed red peppers to taste.
  • For heartier meal, serve with cooked rice or noodles.
  • For vegetarian Stir-Fry, do not add pork.
  • Garnish with sesame seeds.
