Chicken Stir-Fry

Chicken Stir-Fry is a quick and easy meal that is flavorful and filling for everyone to enjoy! This recipe serves 4.


You will need:
  • 1 pound boneless chicken, 1/4 inch slices
  • 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium green pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 3 carrots, thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil


  1. In large skillet, heat vegetable oil and place sliced chicken in. Cook until golden brown.

  2. Add onion, garlic, soy sauce, salt, and green pepper and red bell pepper. Sauté for 3 to 5 minutes.

  3. Add sliced carrots and broccoli florets. Sauté another 3 minutes.

  5. When vegetable are tender, remove from heat.

  6. Serve.


  • Substitute 1 pound uncooked, cleaned and peeled shrimp for chicken during Step 1.
  • Substitute 1 pound uncooked pork or beef for chicken during Step 1.
  • For spice, add crushed red peppers to taste.
  • For heartier meal, serve with cooked rice or noodles.
  • For vegetarian Stir-Fry, do not add chicken.
  • Garnish with sesame seeds.
