Brown Sauce

Brown Sauce is great for dipping or for pouring over your favorite dish!


You will need:
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon and 1 teaspoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon rice wine
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch



  1. In a small saucepan, dissolve cornstarch in 2 tablespoons water, making sure there are no lumps.

  2. Turn fire on low heat. Combine all remaining ingredients, and slowly bring to boil.

  3. Stir constantly to avoid lumping of cornstarch.

  4. Remove from heat, and place in serving dish.
