Bok Choy with Cashew Nuts

Bok Choy with Cashew Nuts is an easy to prepare dish with a spicy kick! This dish pairs well with rice to create a delicious meal.


You will need:
  • 3 bunches bok choy (washed and sliced into half inch slices)
  • 3 tsp minced garlic
  • 2 Tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 cup toasted cashews
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp crushed red pepper



  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium high heat and add garlic, letting cook for 2 minutes.

  2. Add sliced bok choy and stir fry for 3-4 minutes.

  3. Add soy sauce, red pepper and chili sauce to skillet and cook for an additional 2 to 3 minutes or until bok choy is tender and crisp.

  4. Remove from heat, top with cashew nuts and serve.
