Fried Rice

Fried Rice pairs well with any Chinese traditional entrée. This recipe is easy to prepare and will satisfy most any appetite! This recipe serves 4 to 6.


You will need:
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 4 cups rice, cooked and chilled
  • 1 carrot shredded or diced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 green onions, diced
  • 4 - 5 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste



  1. Heat oil in large skillet, add eggs and stir constantly until lightly scrambled. Remove eggs from oil.

  2. Add few more tablespoons of oil. Place rice, soy sauce and shredded carrots in pan. Sauté 3 to 4 minutes or until hot. Remove from heat.

  3. Stir in green onion and scrambled eggs. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve.
