Ginger and Orange Broccoli

Chinese Ginger and Orange Broccoli is a fresh take on a broccoli dish and pair well with rice.


You will need:
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup vegetable stock
  • 1 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 Tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lb broccoli, cut and stemmed



  1. In a medium size bowl, combine stock, juice, soy sauce, cornstarch, garlic and ginger, mix well and set aside.

  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium high heat and add broccoli, let cook for 6 to 8 minutes.

  3. Add sauce mixture to skillet and cook for an additional 3 to 4 minutes or until thickened.

  4. Remove from heat and serve.
